If possible, you should keep a moisturizer next to your bed so that you can even apply it at night or when you are about to sleep. You can use a facial moisturizer on your face or apply a moisturizing lotion on the entire body. The best way to ensure you are always moisturized is to have the moisturizing cream in your bedroom so that you will remember to apply it before you sleep and in the middle of the night after you start felling the itchy skin.
2. Drink lots of water

For you to use this remedy, just add three cups of cider vinegar to a bathtub full of lukewarm water. Then stir the water. You will have to soak in the water for about 30 minutes. 7. Juniper Berries and Cloves
The two are used together to create a great remedy to itchy skin at night. Jupiter berry has anti-inflammatory property and the cloves have essential oil that helps in numbing nerves which will lead you to reducing the pain which you feel due to itchy skin. For you to apply this remedy, first melt about 6 tablespoons of unsalted butter and 2 tablespoons of beeswax. Then mix the melted butter and beeswax after which you will stir them.
